Annual Operational Campaign
Dear Friend of Acadian Oaks,
“Upon our children—how they are taught—rests the fate—or fortune—of tomorrow’s world!” We
need your help today for the future of tomorrow! Acadian Oaks is asking you to help secure our
operational funds for 2011 to allow us to continue providing our current services. Now more than ever,
our children need this fun and safe environment to grow in faith, and this great escape to reinforce our
familial and religious values while growing into real leaders. Please participate with us in this great
mission!
The Acadian Oaks Team is dedicated to our mission….to provide a high-quality, attractive setting
for Catholic retreats, programs, and events that are designed to help young people mature in their
friendship with Christ, forge their Christian character and grow in love for their Catholic faith. Over
the past year, Acadian Oaks has structured itself to move forward, began implementing a new system
to better communicate with our supporters and community. We have drawn plans for phase I, and
continue to gain the capital commitment we need to begin building.
However, we cannot break ground until our operational expenses are covered. We are asking you
to commit to our annual operational campaign through a monthly or one-time donation that is right
for you and your family. We have already met ¼ of our goal and need to secure the remainder of our
annual expenses by April. Please prayerfully consider supporting Acadian Oaks through a monetary gift,
and sharing our needs with your friends. Help us continue to provide our youth with a solid foundation
for youth retreats, campouts, and leadership training centered in Christ. During these often chaotic
times, it is vital that we continue to uplift our children’s spirits, and show them hope, faith, and love
